• Are over 18 years of age.
• Have a secure, pet-friendly home.

• Can commit to short-term or longer-term care, depending on the dog’s needs.

We provide full support, including food, bedding, veterinary care, and 24/7 guidance from our experienced team.

Complete our Foster Application Form with details about your home, lifestyle, and preferences.

Home Check & Orientation
Our team will arrange a virtual or in-person home check and provide a foster care guide tailored to your region, whether you’re in Adelaide, Canberra, or Hobart and beyond.

Meet Your Cavoodle
We’ll match you with a Cavoodle who suits your household. Some may be recovering from surgery, while others simply need a calm space to decompress.

Ongoing Support
Throughout the foster period, we remain in close contact. You’ll receive updates, resources, and access to our national foster network.

Farewell & New Beginnings
When your Cavoodle is ready for adoption, we’ll manage the transition with care. Many of our foster carers stay in touch with their former fosters’ new families and you are allowed to adopt while fostering if you chose to.
