Donation Refunds

• One‑time donations: If you believe an error has occurred, please report it within 60 days of the donation date. We rectify genuine errors promptly. Once we approve a refund request, we repay the amount within 7 business days.

• Monthly donations: We action matters relating to recurring donations in a timely manner. If you encounter any errors, kindly contact our team so we can rectify, correct, or cancel the donation depending on your needs. We adjust monthly donations, including changes to amounts or cancellation requests, without delay.

• Additional information: We encourage donors to retain their receipts for record‑keeping. We always refund to the original payment method to ensure security and compliance.

Adoption Donation Refunds

Adoption donations reflect your commitment to providing a Cavoodle with a loving home. However, we understand that circumstances may change.

• Requests for adoption donation refunds: Submit your request within 30 days of payment.

• Refund timing: You may seek a refund either before or after you pick up or receive the Cavoodle.

• Refund process: Once we approve your request, we repay the amount within 7 business days.

As a dedicated cavoodle rescue group, we ensure fairness while respecting the resources we invest in preparing Cavoodles for adoption.

Returning or Surrendering a Cavoodle

Cavoodle Heartmate Rescue treats surrendering a Cavoodle as a lifetime decision. When you surrender a Cavoodle to our organisation, the decision is final, and you cannot claim further ownership rights.

• Returning after adoption: Adopters may return a Cavoodle at any time if circumstances require. We never request a return fee from the adopter.

• Refunds upon return: If our team approves a refund, we repay the amount within 7 business days.

This policy ensures that Cavoodles always stay safe, supported, and cared for, while adopters retain peace of mind.
